My Account → My Leads lists every lead delivered to you.

Every lead is a person who asked about a bankruptcy or debt legal need. Each lead goes to one associate only. You do not receive other legal categories with this product.

For bankruptcy you can also filter by type of bankruptcy or debt matter, individual or business filer, estimated debt, and current situation. Leads that did not answer one of these questions are still delivered, so a filter narrows your leads without shutting off volume. You can also choose email, Google Sheet, or live transfer delivery.

• You are never charged extra for updating filters

💡 Flexible filters help you balance delivery speed and lead relevance.

💡 Automation helps scale your LegalShield business.

Lead delivery speed depends on location demand and the filters you select.

Here’s what to know:

• High-demand locations receive leads faster

• Narrow or highly specific filters may take longer

• Broader filters usually result in quicker delivery

Even if leads are delivered slowly, your order remains active until all purchased leads are delivered.
Leads are not expired or cancelled due to timing — they are delivered as soon as matching real-time enquiries are generated.

Important points:

• All leads are fresh and real-time, never pre-stored

• You are not charged extra if delivery takes longer

• Your purchased lead balance remains safe and intact

If you want faster delivery, you can:

• Broaden filters

• Expand locations

• Increase availability windows

💡 Slower delivery means fewer matching enquiries — not lower lead quality.

Lead delivery speed depends on how many matching real-time enquiries are available for your selected filters and location. You can often receive leads faster by adjusting a few settings.

Ways to speed up delivery:

1. Broaden your location selection
Expanding to nearby cities or regions increases the pool of prospects.

2. Relax very narrow filters
Highly specific criteria reduce volume. Slightly broader filters usually improve delivery speed.

3. Accept multiple lead types
Allowing both individual/family plans or identity theft enquiries can increase availability.

4. Increase your daily lead cap
If your cap is too low, leads may pause once the limit is reached.

5. Keep your order active
Orders stay live until all leads are delivered. No action is needed unless you want faster delivery.

6. Contact support for optimisation
Our team can review your setup and suggest filter combinations that deliver faster without sacrificing quality.

Important to know:

• All leads are real-time and exclusive

• Slower delivery does not mean lower quality

• You are not charged extra for longer delivery time

💡 Faster delivery comes from broader matching — quality always stays intact.

All lead payments are made at the time of checkout.

Here’s how it works:

• You select the number of leads you want to purchase

• Payment is completed during checkout

• Leads are then delivered to you one by one in real time as enquiries are generated

• ❌ No monthly fees

• ❌ No subscriptions

• ❌ No recurring charges

You pay only once, upfront, for the number of leads you choose.

💡 One-time payment. No lock-ins. No hidden charges.

Lead pricing varies based on:

• Lead type

• Location

• Filters selected

• Market demand

Exact pricing is shown on the product page.

• Your order remains active until all leads are delivered

• There is no time limit or expiry date

You can also:

• Update filters to improve delivery speed

• Pause or manage lead flow using daily lead caps

• Resume anytime without losing your balance

💡 You paid for leads — you receive every lead you purchased, with no expiry.

❌ Not recommended.
A single LegalShield prospect may behave unpredictably — they might be busy, at work, not checking their phone, or unavailable when you call. Their behaviour does NOT reflect the overall quality of our targeting, filters, or intent.
Judging quality from one lead results in a misleading impression.

💡 One lead = random outcome. Multiple leads = real insight.

Because response behaviour depends on timing, urgency, and availability — and your follow-up speed is crucial, even with exclusive leads.

Typical situations:

• The prospect is at work and cannot answer immediately

• A parent submits the form but wants to discuss with the family first

• A small business owner fills the form but checks messages later in the day

• Some prospects respond quickly, others during evenings or weekends

Even a very high-intent lead may not respond if the call-back is delayed or mistimed.
That’s why one lead cannot represent the entire quality — you need a small batch for fair, accurate evaluation.

💡 Exclusive leads still rely on timely follow-up — one interaction never defines true quality.

✔️ 5 leads give a true, balanced sample.

Because variation exists even whether you’re buying:

• Legal Plan leads

• IDShield leads

• Small Business leads

• Family Plan leads

• Individual Legal Matters

• CDLP

…each lead is still a different person with a different schedule, urgency, and communication style.

The lead type does NOT standardize behaviour — only the intent category.
The person behind the lead is still unique.

A batch of 5 leads helps you fairly measure:

• Reachability across multiple individuals

• Average intent strength

• Accuracy of submitted details

• Real conversation quality you can expect

• How well your follow-up style matches this audience

This gives a complete picture of the lead quality — not a random snapshot.

💡 Five leads = stable pattern across multiple prospect types.

Quality is based on behaviour signals, not just enrollments. Measure:

• 📞 Reachability: Do they answer calls or reply to SMS/texts?

• 🎯 Intent: Are they genuinely interested in LegalShield or IDShield?

• 📝 Accuracy: Is the information correct and usable?

• 🛡️ Relevance: Do they match your selected filters (Plan type, State, etc.)?

These four indicators reflect true lead quality.
Conversion depends on your follow-up, presentation, and timing.

💡 Quality = reachability + intent + accuracy + relevance.

LegalSalesLeads.com delivers real-time, high-intent, exclusive leads, — but your follow-up timing matters a lot, especially because our leads are delivered to you in real-time.

LegalShield prospects are usually:

• Working adults

• Parents

• Small business owners

• People dealing with ongoing legal or identity-theft concerns

They often submit the form because they’re interested in that moment.
Calling ASAP or immediately after the lead is assigned dramatically increases the chance of reaching them, because you are contacting them while the interest is fresh in their mind.

A delay of even a few hours may result in the prospect getting busy with work, family, or daily routines — not because the lead is low-quality, but because their attention has shifted.

This is why judging lead quality from only 1–2 leads is not reliable.
Once you evaluate a batch of 5 leads with immediate follow-up, you will see a clear, consistent reachability and intent pattern.

💡 Real-time leads work best with real-time follow-up.

No — because it does not provide meaningful insight.
One lead’s behaviour is often influenced by timing, not quality.
We want every associate to evaluate based on patterns, not randomness.

💡 1 lead shows nothing. 5 leads show accuracy, consistency, and stability.

Every lead goes through:

• Real-time submission

• Plan-specific intent filtering

• State-level targeting

• Accuracy and deliverability checks

• Duplicate prevention

• 100% exclusive delivery to only one associate

No shared leads. No recycled leads. No old data.

💡 Exclusive + real-time = highest possible lead standard.

Within 3–5 leads, you will clearly see:

• Reachability trends

• How accurate the details are

• How strong the intent is

• Fit for Legal Plans / IDShield / Small Biz

By the 5th lead, the quality pattern becomes clear and reliable.

💡 Patterns appear only when multiple prospects are evaluated.

👉 Minimum purchase: 2 leads
👉 Recommended for accurate evaluation: 5 leads

Two leads start the testing process.
Five leads provide a real, data-backed understanding of our lead quality.

💡 2 = Start. 5 = Clarity.

All leads are generated and delivered in real time.
The moment a prospect submits an enquiry, it is instantly delivered to you.

We do not use:

• Databases

• Old or recycled leads

• Purchased contact lists

💡 Fresh intent performs far better than old data.

Leads are self-submitted by prospects (individuals, families, or business owners).

We do not auto-fill forms or scrape information.

💡 Real people submitting real interest.

Prospect behaviour varies:

• Some answer immediately

• Some respond after work hours

• Some prefer text

• Some respond after discussing with family

This is normal behaviour and not an indication of lead quality.

💡 Timing affects response, not intent.

Yes.
All leads are:

• Consent-based

• Privacy-safe

• Generated ethically

💡 Compliance protects your LegalShield business.

No refunds.
Each lead involves paid advertising costs.

However, we provide a fair replacement policy for invalid leads because we care about your business growth. Read more about our replacement policy here https://legalsalesleads.com/refund_returns/

💡 No refunds, but genuine replacements.

Replacement is available if:

• Wrong or non-working number

• Prospect denies submitting enquiry

• Lead is unrelated to LegalShield

• Duplicate lead (rare)

💡 Invalid leads are replaced.

No replacement for:

• Prospect busy or not answering

• Prospect changed mind

• Prospect already has LegalShield

• Prospect wants to think more

• No immediate sale

💡 Sales outcomes don’t define lead validity.

Go to:
My Account → Lead Replacement → Select Order → Submit Request

Our team reviews and processes valid requests quickly.

💡 Simple and transparent process.

Approved replacements do not reduce your order balance.

Here’s how it works:

• When a lead is delivered, it is counted against your order

• If that lead is approved for replacement (e.g., wrong number, denied enquiry, duplicate), it is credited back

• A new replacement lead is then delivered to you

• Your total number of purchased leads remains the same

You are never charged twice for the same lead issue.

In short:

• ❌ No extra payment for replacements

• ❌ No loss of lead balance

• ✅ You still receive the full number of leads you purchased

💡 Replacements ensure fairness — your paid lead count is always protected.
